Bruneau Jasper

Bruneau Jasper from Bruneau Canyon, Idaho. Looking at these paterns one can almost visualize mud dripping into gas pockets in molten lava, becoming super-heated and then solidifying into the swirl-patterned gemstone we have come to love as Bruneau Jasper.

This picture illustrates some of the wide variety of patterns and shapes that are available at Outback and you can see it is "Uniquely Idaho".
